In most cases, yes. We check whether your existing trunk is compatible with Starface or 3CX up front. If switching makes more sense, we handle porting your phone numbers.

How much does a Starface installation cost?

A Starface license costs a one-time €300–1,500, depending on the number of users. Add a server (from €500, or on an existing VM) and installation. Compared to a cloud PBX, it pays for itself in 12–18 months.

Can employees make calls on the go?

Yes. With the Starface or 3CX softphone, employees can make calls from their smartphone or laptop — using their office number, just as if they were in the office. Incoming calls ring on the desk phone and mobile at the same time (parallel ringing).

Who handles updates and maintenance after installation?

We offer maintenance contracts for regular updates, security patches, and support. Updates are applied outside business hours. Alternatively, we train your IT administrator to handle maintenance independently.
