Sources
Every legal statement in the course is linked to its source. Here you will find all main sources at a glance. Checked on 22 September 2026.
Official sources take precedence. The consolidated text of the AI Act on EUR-Lex may lag behind amendments – for Art. 4 and the new deadlines, the amending Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 is decisive. For readability, individual GDPR articles link to gdpr-info.eu. German statutes link to the official English translations on gesetze-im-internet.de where available; only the German text is legally binding. There is no official English translation of the Tax Advisory Act (StBerG), so we link the German original.
