The AI Act has been amended.
Many training courses are now out of date.
Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 (“AI Omnibus”) entered into force on 27 July 2026. Anyone still training with 2025 material is teaching an outdated position on key points.
“Support” instead of “ensure”
Companies must support the development of their employees’ AI literacy – a specific level for each person no longer has to be guaranteed. The obligation itself remains.

High-risk AI from 2 Dec 2027
Obligations for high-risk systems under Annex III – such as AI in applicant selection – apply from 2 December 2027; for AI in products under Annex I from 2 August 2028.

Banned from 2 Dec 2026
AI systems that generate intimate or sexually explicit depictions of real persons without consent, or child sexual abuse material.

The danger is not AI.
It is reaching for the shortcut.
In none of these cases did anyone want to cause harm. Everyone wanted to save time.
Invented court decisions
In 2023, a US federal court sanctioned lawyers whose brief cited decisions invented by an AI chat.

The fake CFO
In 2024, an employee in Hong Kong transferred this sum after a video conference – the CFO and colleagues were deepfakes.

Code in the chat
An engineer at an electronics group uploaded confidential source code to an AI chat. The group then banned its employees from using generative AI tools.

Especially sensitive for professionals bound by secrecy
Anyone who, as a lawyer, tax adviser or physician, unlawfully discloses another person’s secret commits a criminal offence under German law. Entering client data into a third-party cloud service can amount to such a disclosure – external service providers may only be involved under strict conditions.

To be honest
Some offers give the impression that a certificate is required by law. That is not true: the AI Act requires no certificate and no particular number of hours; an internal record is sufficient. Our certificate is exactly that: a clean, verifiable record that a person took part in an AI literacy measure and passed the test – no more and no less.

Questions and answers
Is AI training mandatory for companies?
Under Art. 4 of the AI Act, providers and deployers of AI systems must take measures to support the development of their staff’s AI literacy. A deployer is anyone who uses an AI system professionally under their own authority – including an office that uses a chat assistant. Since the amendment of 27 July 2026, this is an obligation of effort, not of a guaranteed result. The Regulation does not prescribe a particular format – such as a course with a test.

Do I need a certificate?
No. According to the European Commission’s questions and answers, no certificate is required; it is sufficient to keep an internal record of the training or guidance provided. Our certificate of participation is such a record – not an official certification.

Are there fines if nobody is trained?
The AI Act itself sets no fine for Art. 4; Member States may provide for penalties under national law. Regardless of that, the real risk remains: data breaches (GDPR), breaches of professional secrecy (Section 203 German Criminal Code) and fraud with faked voices or videos.

What does the course cost?
Nothing. You need no account and no e-mail address. For the certificate we only need the name that should appear on it (and, optionally, your office/company).
How does certificate verification work?
Each certificate has a random number and a QR code. Anyone who scans the code or enters the number under “Verify certificate” can see whether the certificate was issued by us – with name, date and result. The test runs question by question without going back, is marked on our server and is limited to 3 attempts per day; participants only see the correct answers after passing.
Who is behind this offer?
RamzX from Heidelberg, Germany, an IT service provider for servers, networks and IT security. We also offer consulting on and set-up of locally run AI systems. In the course we point this out openly at the appropriate place and compare all options – including those we do not offer.
Is the course relevant outside Germany?
The AI Act and the GDPR apply throughout the EU. The modules on professional secrecy and works councils refer to German law (e.g. Section 203 German Criminal Code, Works Constitution Act); in other countries, comparable but different rules may apply.

Is the course available in other languages?
Yes – in German, Arabic and Ukrainian, with the same content, the same test and the same verifiable certificate (in the respective language). The German version is authoritative. You will find the language switch at the top.
